BMW, Fiat Chrysler hit with recall troubles

Tesla isn’t the only automaker making headlines this week for technical misfires. BMW is expanding a 2017 recall over possible engine fires. The expansion adds 185,000 vehicles to the recall effort, bringing the total number of affected autos to 925,000.

Fiat Chrysler is another automaker in the hot seat this week. The company has been recalling its Dodge Dart sedans from model years 2013 through 2016 due to a gear problem that can lead to vehicles rolling even if the driver has put the car in park. read more »
