Dismissed IntegraClick executive files whistleblower lawsuit
A former executive at IntegraClick -- the high-flying Internet marketer cited as one of the nation's fastest-growing technology companies in recent years -- claims in a lawsuit he was fired for refusing to help delete documents that the federal government might want in an investigation of the company.
Robert McAfee, IntegraClick's former chief technology officer, says in his suit that he refused to participate in a late 2011 effort by company founder John Lemp to delete documents before the Federal Trade Commission could ask for them.
