Whistleblower says paramedics got Olympic pay bonanza while others were sent out without basic life-saving equipment
A paramedic has criticised his ambulance service colleagues for taking advantage of an Olympic pay day bonanza at a time when some paramedics were sent out without basic life-saving equipment.
The whistleblower – who works in the Cressy Road ambulance station – said that around 80 per cent of emergency vehicles were poorly equipped.
