Boeing and Hagens Berman agreed to a proposed settlement to the shareholder suit filed in November 1997 by Hagens Berman. The settlement, second largest awarded in the Northwest, affected tens of thousands of shareholders who purchased or otherwise acquired Boeing common stock between July 21, 1997, and Oct. 22, 1997. It was valued at approximately $92.5 million.
