>Disposable Contact Lenses Settlement
Date Filed: June 1, 1994
Court: U.S. District Court
Location: Florida

Hagens Berman filed a class-action lawsuit against a number of disposable contact lens manufacturers in June 1994, claiming that the manufacturers conspired with the American Optometric Association to keep their lenses from being sold by low-priced retailers such as pharmacies and mail order companies.

Hagens Berman reached a proposed settlement with the defendants on May 22, 2001. You may be entitled to participate in the settlement if you or a minor living in your household purchased contact lenses any time since January 1, 1988 from any of the following companies:

Johnson & Johnson Vision Care (also known as Vistakon)
Bausch & Lomb
CIBA Vision
