Hagens Berman has filed a proposed class-action lawsuit against 17 multi-national companies for illegally profiting from the use of Nazi-run slave labor drawn from Eastern European countries during World War II. The lawsuit is filed on behalf of a group of Eastern European World War II slave laborers who were forced to work for the companies during the war, but were never compensated for their labor. The suit represents former slave laborers from Russia, Ukraine, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Belarus and other countries of the former Soviet Union.
