>Hagens Berman Leads Investigation in Senior Home Care
Date Filed: February 1, 2010

Hagens Berman's Tony Shapiro speaks with Seattle Times for an investigative series called "Seniors for Sale." Nursing home negligence is a growing problem throughout Washington State as well as the nation, Shapiro tells the newspaper.

Hagens Berman seeks to protect the legal rights of seniors and disabled adults. The firm is interested to speak with anyone that has experienced or witnessed substandard care, neglect or abuse at adult-care homes.

Abuse against seniors is one of the most rapidly escalating social problems in our society today. As our population ages, reports of elder abuse and nursing home negligence will continue to rise unless legal action is taken. HBSS attorneys have secured record-breaking settlements in this area of the law and are committed to holding negligent nursing homes accountable.

If you know someone that has been neglected or abused while staying at an adult-care home, please share your story with us here or contact Tony Shapiro at tony@hbsslaw.com.
