Hagens Berman represented owners of 1999 or 2000 Nissan Quest minivans, alleging that the vehicles developed deposits in a part of the engine called the throttle-body assembly. These deposits may cause a condition that requires increased effort by the driver to push the accelerator down.
Plaintiffs reached a proposed settlement with Nissan North America that will provide reimbursement for throttle-body cleanings or replacements for qualified class members as well as applicable warranty coverage for qualified class members.
