Hagens Berman Sobol Shapiro LLP filed a class action lawsuit on behalf of purchasers of the securities of Northwest Biotherapeutics Inc. between July 9, 2006 and July 16, 2007, seeking to pursue remedies under the Securities Exchange Act of 1934.
The complaint charged Northwest Biotherapeutics with violations of the Exchange Act. According to the complaint, during the Class Period, Northwest Biotherapeutics issued materially false and misleading statements about its products.
