Hagens Berman filed a class action lawsuit against SunDance Rehabilitation Corporation, a subsidiary of Sun Healthcare Group, for illegal wage manipulation, inconsistent contracts, and other compensation tricks to force caregivers to work unpaid overtime. The lawsuit represents the company's physical, speech and rehabilitation therapists.
