Flash Memory Investigation

Hagens Berman Sobol Shapiro is researching claims that several major manufacturers of flash memory including Micron (NYSE:MU) and Samsung (SEO:005930) engaged in a conspiracy to fix, raise, maintain and stabilize the price of flash memory.

Flash memory is a type of electronic device used for storing and transferring data files. It is used in a variety of applications including memory cards, USB storage devices, digital audio devices, mobile wireless technology, game consoles and personal computers.

Any U.S. resident or business who purchased flash memory from Micron's consumer division Crucial Technologies, or any of the companies listed below may be eligible to participate in a claim and may be entitled to compensation.

Ltd., Samsung Semiconductor, Inc., Toshiba Corp., Toshiba America Corp., Toshiba America Electronic Components, Inc., Winbond Electronics Corp., and Winbond Electronics Corp. America, Inc.
