Jeniphr A.E. Breckenridge - Partner

Ms. Breckenridge is a partner at Hagens Berman Sobol Shapiro where she has practiced law since its founding in 1993. Ms. Breckenridge's practice concentrates on securities fraud and consumer litigation. Ms. Breckenridge led the firm's efforts in the Raytheon Securities Litigation. She was also involved in the Boeing Securities Litigation and is now working on the CellCyte Securities Litigation.

Ms. Breckenridge is also currently a member of the firm's pharmaceutical litigation team, prosecuting three states' unfair and deceptive pricing and marketing practice claims against major drug manufacturers as part of the Average Wholesale Price Litigation. She has also acted as co-lead counsel in the In re Pet Food Products Liability Litigation, in which a settlement was recently announced.

Ms. Breckenridge's prior cases include the firm's securities fraud and consumer litigation. Ms. Breckenridge is involved with the firm's Enron case, the Abbott Laboratories Litigation and Tobacco Litigation

Ms. Breckenridge earned her undergraduate degree from Georgetown University in political theory and economics. She graduated from the University of Maryland Law School, where she was the Notes and Comments editor of the Maryland Law Review.
