  • Winger v. Best Buy Co., Inc., currently pending in the District of Arizona. This action alleges that certain Best Buy speakers were represented to have more drivers than they actually did, and were equipped instead with false drivers.

In addition to these cases, Ms. Bass has been involved in litigation against Dealers Assurance Company in a case alleging bad faith and breach of contract on behalf of consumers who purchased vehicle theft protection plans but were wrongfully denied payment or paid improperly when they submitted their claims. She has experience in general commercial litigation, as well as experience in family law, personal injury and criminal law.
