Hagens Berman is investigating claims of discrimination against female employees and brokers by UGL Equis, a commercial real estate consulting firm and subsidiary of United Group Limited (ASX:UGL), after concerns citing alleged sexual harassment and the company's alleged discriminatory treatment of women in terms of pay and promotion recently surfaced. If proven, UGL Equis faces charges citing violations of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, as amended.
