  • Mr. Jalali-Yazdi’s practice focuses on antitrust matters in the high-tech industry, contributing to  the firm’s pro-consumer cases against Amazon, Google, Apple and other Big Tech companies. 
Experience
  • Prior to joining Hagens Berman, Lyes attended Yale Law School where he served as a research assistant to Bruce Ackerman on a book related to constitutional law.
  • He was an editor on the Yale Law & Policy Review, Yale Journal on Regulation and Yale Journal of International Law and also served on the executive board of the law and political economy group.
  • During law school, he interned with the Department of Justice’s constitutional litigation unit assisting in preparing briefs related to issues of executive power, national security, due process and more.

  • Lyes has represented indigent clients facing state and local prosecution.

Lyes Mauni grew up overseas in the UK, France, China, and Japan. He likes to travel, explore the great outdoors, keep up with global politics, and read about history, philosophy, and constitutional law. During his time off, Lyes Mauni volunteers at the Lynnwood food bank and plays rugby.
