Greer N. Shaw

Greer works hard for every client, large and small, with integrity and creativity.

Greer Shaw has 18 years of experience in intellectual property and complex commercial litigation and dispute resolution. In intellectual property, he has litigated numerous patent infringement matters involving a wide variety of technologies, as well as trademark disputes, trade secret matters, and copyright infringement cases. Greer’s complex commercial litigation experience includes cases involving breaches of contract, business torts, fraud, and unfair competition, among other subject matters. Greer has represented both plaintiffs and defendants in state and federal trial and appellate courts, as well as before the International Trade Commission. Prior to entering private practice, Greer served as a law clerk for the Honorable Bailey Aldrich of the United States Court of Appeals for the First Circuit.

Personal Insight

When he is not helping clients who have been ripped off or wrongly accused, Greer enjoys scaling mountains, exploring canyons and rappelling down waterfalls with the Altadena Mountain Rescue Team of the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department.
