What’s the Issue? Hagens Berman is actively investigating claims on behalf of families and parents relating to infant deaths and injuries involving infant and newborn rocker products following a warning issued by the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) regarding four products sold by Fisher-Price and Kids2. The CPSC found Fisher-Price’s Infant-to-Toddler Rocker and Newborn-to-Toddler Rocker, as well as Kids2’s Bright Starts Rocker and Baby Einstein Rocker are not safe for infants due to the risk of death. At least 14 infant deaths have been tied to the four recalled products.

ABOUT THE ROCKER RECALLS
According to the press releases issued by the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission, Fisher-Price has sold more than 17 million Rockers worldwide since the 1990s and reviews and evaluates reported incidents that occurred while infants were in the products. Similarly, Kids2 has sold more than 1.8 million Rockers worldwide since 2012.
Incidents of infant deaths occurred while using the product, and the commission deemed rockers unsafe to be used for sleep and cautioned that infants should never be unsupervised or unrestrained in the Rockers.
