The U.S. Office of Special Counsel has called for disciplinary action against three Port Mortuary supervisors at the Dover Air Force Base who retaliated against whistleblowers who disclosed wrongdoing and mismanagement when handling the remains of fallen soldiers.

The independent federal investigative agency released a report last week that detailed the retaliation against four mortuary employees who came forward to expose the wrongdoing.
