Law Firm Leading EcoDiesel Emissions Fraud Charge against Fiat Chrysler Expands National Lawsuit

Another round of Takata airbag recalls filed by 13 automakers

More than a dozen automakers this week recalled another 652,000 vehicles with Takata airbag inflators in the U.S. to replace front passenger inflators as the largest callback in the history of the auto industry continues to cascade through the regulatory process.

The 13 automakers that posted recalls in the latest U.S. batch are Audi, BMW, Daimler Vans, Ferrari, Jaguar Land Rover, Mazda, Mercedes-Benz, Mitsubishi, Nissan, Subaru, Tesla, McLaren and Karma. read more »

Tesla avoids recall after Autopilot crash death

The US National Highway Traffic Safety Administration closed its investigation after it found no evidence of a defect in the vehicle.

The investigation did not find any evidence that the car's systems "did not perform as designed". However said there was "industry-wide" concern about the way driver-assistance features were explained and advertised to customers.
