Yesterday, the Department of Justice held a listening session with representatives of the National Whistleblowers Center, American Civil Liberties Union, Government Accountability Project and Project on Government Oversight to discuss needed improvements in the DOJ regulations that implement the Whistleblower Protection Act for FBI employees.
