Managing Partner Steve Berman Pens a Guest Column on Whistleblowers for Puget Sound Business Journal

SEATTLE, Sept. 20, 2010 – Hagens Berman Managing Partner Steve W. Berman recently penned a guest column for the Puget Sound Business Journal.

Berman’s column focused on how executives and directors can make it easier for whistleblowers to come forward without fear of reprisal.

The impetus for the guest column was the new Wall Street Tip-off Law, which came out of the Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act. The new law was signed by the president in July.
