Whistleblower Files Case Against Morgan Stanley, Finra
A former Morgan Stanley broker and whistleblower has revived his case against the firm, filing suit against it in a New Jersey federal court.
The lawsuit, which also names the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority as a defendant, accuses Morgan Stanley of intentionally hiding relevant and indispensable information and malicious abuse of process, among other charges. It is the latest chapter in a years-long clash between Mark Mensack and his former firm.
