USC Doctor Sexual Abuse Class Settlement Wins Final Approval

A settlement agreement between the University of Southern California and a class of women allegedly sexually abused by an on-campus physician between 1989 and 2016 is fair, reasonable, and adequate, a federal court in California said.

Judge Stephen V. Wilson of the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California Feb. 14 orally approved the settlement and ordered the parties to submit a proposed final approval order and judgment. read more »
