  • Before joining Hagens Berman, Danny gained litigation experience through legal internships and clinical work, conducting legal research, drafting litigation materials and supporting complex investigations.
  • During law school, Danny worked on impact litigation to increase health care access with the Harvard Law Health Policy & Law Clinic.  
  • As a legal intern for the U.S. Department of Justice Antitrust Division, Danny worked on enforcement of federal antitrust statutes with a focus on healthcare and consumer products.
  • Before law school, Danny led national advocacy efforts focused on prescription drug affordability, helping advance state and federal drug pricing reforms and building a nationwide network of patient advocates to enact reforms like Medicare negotiation of drug prices.

Personal Insight

Outside the office, Danny enjoys cooking, open-water swimming, following Brazilian politics, distance running (despite Boston’s winter weather) and caring for his dozens of houseplants.
