Molly A. Booker (1981-2021)

Molly was a tenacious attorney and represented the best qualities of Hagens Berman. She offered her clients the best representation, and to her colleagues she was a valued friend and mentor we were lucky to have with us. She will be deeply missed by her family at the firm.

Jongguk Choi (1969-2026)

Jongguk Choi was a careful, dedicated lawyer and a valued colleague who served as a staff attorney in our Seattle office for 14 years. Over that time, he contributed to many of the firm’s cases. Jongguk came to Hagens Berman after a remarkable path: he grew up in South Korea, where he served as a sergeant in the Korean Army and was honored as a model soldier, worked with the Catholic Human Rights Committee in Seoul, and went on to study law at Korea University, SMU and Tulane. He is survived by his wife, daughter and son, and he will be deeply missed by his family at the firm.
