  • Henry’s practice focuses on pharmaceutical antitrust class-action litigation.
  • He is a member of the Hagens Berman team representing the direct purchaser class in In re Actos Antitrust Litigation, No. 13-cv-9244 (S.D.N.Y.), a federal antitrust lawsuit alleging that Takeda knowingly misrepresented the scope of two patents it submitted to the FDA for listing in the Orange Book.
     
Experience
  • Prior to joining Hagens Berman, Henry practiced in the IP litigation group at an Am Law 100 firm in Los Angeles. He began his legal career at a prominent trial boutique focusing on IP litigation. He has significant experience in patent, trade secret, antitrust and complex commercial litigation in the technology and pharmaceutical industries.
  • Henry’s pharmaceutical antitrust experience includes representing the end-payor class in In re HIV Antitrust Litigation, No. 19-cv-2573 (N.D. Cal.) and Avadel in Jazz Pharmaceuticals, Inc. v. Avadel CNS Pharmaceuticals, LLC, No. 22-941 (D. Del.), a groundbreaking competitor case alleging that Jazz improperly listed a patent in the FDA’s Orange Book to exclude its competitor.
  • Henry clerked for Judge Christina A. Snyder in the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California and Justice Norman L. Epstein in the California Court of Appeal, Second Appellate District.
  • Prior to starting his legal career, Henry worked at the National Endowment for Democracy in Washington D.C., managing a grants program for NGOs focused on human rights and accountability in the Middle East.
