  • Prior to joining Hagens Berman, Henry practiced at two prominent Los Angeles law firms, representing technology and pharmaceutical clients in patent, trade secret, antitrust and complex commercial litigation.
  • Henry clerked for Judge Christina A. Snyder in the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California and served as Research Attorney to Justice Norman L. Epstein in the California Court of Appeal, Second Appellate District.
  • Prior to starting his legal career, Henry served as Program Assistant and Assistant Program Officer at the National Endowment for Democracy in Washington D.C., managing a grants program for NGOs focused on human rights and accountability in the Middle East.

  • Henry’s pro bono practice includes representing immigrants challenging asylum policies.

Personal Insight

Outside of work, Henry enjoys hiking and camping with his children and sailing, surfing and fishing in the Pacific Ocean.
