- Member of the HBSS team representing purchasers in In re Lantus Direct Purchasers Antitrust Litigation, challenging Sanofi's alleged scheme to extend its monopoly and overcharge for its insulin pen products
- Member of the pro bono HBSS team representing community organizations in Greater Boston Latino Network et al. v. Mullin et al., challenging ICE's policy purporting to authorize its officers to forcibly enter private homes without a judicial warrant

- During law school, Michael founded and led the Boston University Plaintiffs' Law Association and served on the National Plaintiffs' Law Association's executive board. Additionally, he pursued employment discrimination in federal court as a student attorney with BU's civil litigation clinic.
- As an extern for the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau's Office of Enforcement, he contributed to ongoing and prospective enforcement actions aimed at protecting American consumers.
- As legal intern for Community Legal Aid's Fair Housing Project, Michael advocated for low-income clients experiencing housing discrimination.
- Prior to law school, Michael was a litigation paralegal at a plaintiff-side employment discrimination firm, where he assisted workers facing employment discrimination and workplace harassment.
