Omega Healthcare Investors, Inc., as successor-in-interest to MedEquities Realty Trust, Inc. (MedEquities), has agreed to pay $3 million to resolve allegations that MedEquities violated the False Claims Act by submitting false claims to the Medicare and Medicaid programs.
