Hundreds of you have reached out to us in light of Fiat Chrysler's recall for the shifter defect responsible for rollaway vehicles, injuries and at least one fatality. If you have taken your vehicle to a Fiat Chrysler dealership for the recall, you should receive the following documents, but our legal team has been notified that not all of you are receiving these key documents from Fiat Chrysler.

• Owners Manual Addendum
• Fiat Chrysler Special Investigations Letter Sent to Owner
  • Certain class members have received this letter when they raised the defectively designed shifter with FCA. FCA took the position that there was nothing wrong with the car and that it was functioning normally.
