HBSS Reaches $6 Million Settlement for Everett Boy

Today Hagens Berman Sobol Shapiro reached a $6 million settlement on behalf of a young boy who was intentionally starved by his father and his girlfriend.

The settlement will be split among three parties - $5 million from the Department of Social and Health Services (DSHS) and the remainder will be split between the state-contracted therapist and two social-service agencies that hired him.
