Hagens Berman Reminds Washington, D.C. Consumers about Optical Disc Drive Lawsuit

WASHINGTON -- (BUSINESS WIRE) -- Hagens Berman today reminded Washington, D.C. consumers that it has filed a class-action lawsuit against the producers of optical disc drives (ODD) alleging that the companies illegally manipulated the prices of the drives.

According to the suit, these anticompetitive practices have caused consumers of a wide range of products including computers, video game consoles and CD, DVD and Blu-ray players to overpay for the devices.
