Eli R. Freedman Attorney | Plaintiffs' Lawyer

Mr. Freedman started his legal career as an attorney in the Federal Trade Commission’s Division of Enforcement. He was a part of the trial team against Amazon for its Prime enrollment and cancellation practices, which resulted in settlement with the largest civil penalty for a rule violation and the second highest restitution award in the FTC’s history.
