- Practice focuses on nationwide class actions and other complex litigation
- Currently lead counsel for Cherkin, et al. v. PowerSchool Holdings, Inc., a putative nationwide-class action challenging the company’s use of student data for commercial purposes, Plaintiffs’ Steering Committee Member in PowerSchool Customer Data Security Breach MDL, a case arising from the large-scale data breach affecting approximately 62 million students and nearly 10 million educators and staff across the U.S. and Canada; Lead counsel in a certified class action against Williams-Sonoma, Inc., alleging misrepresentations in consumer bedding products; Counsel for the State of Arizona in multiple cases against Amazon and RealPage.

- Successfully represented eight families through confidential settlements arising from the death of their infants in a defective infant product.
- Working closely with the Arizona Attorney General, recovered millions for the State of Arizona in litigation against GM, Mercedes-Benz, Robert Bosch LLC, and Volkswagen.
- Successfully resolved a nationwide class action involving a defective and incredibly dangerous product used by infants across the country.

Before entering the practice of law, Mr. Aragon was a scout for the 2/68 Armored Tank Battalion, communications director for a successful congressional campaign, and waited on season tickets holders at America West Arena so that he could secretly watch the Phoenix Suns.
