Hagens Berman has represented dozens of successful whistleblowers in ground-breaking cases against powerful corporations across several industries. Some of those whistleblower clients have authored books; others have been the subject of books. Among them are these:

Wall Street Journal reporter Scott Patterson profiled our client and market structure expert Haim Bodek and what became his SEC whistleblower allegations in his best-selling book "Dark Pools."

Our client Haim Bodek has also authored several books on current market structure issues relevant to whistleblowers, including “The Problem of HFT” which examines regulatory problems common with high frequency trading.

Our client and whistleblower John Hargrove sounded the alarm about inhumane practices at SeaWorld and became an internationally known whistleblower attacked by corporate giants for publication of his best-selling SeaWorld exposé “Beneath the Surface” which details many of his allegations.

Liam Vaughan, an award-winning investigative journalist for Bloomberg, authored “Flash Crash” a book which detailed the CFTC and DOJ whistleblower case built by our Dodd-Frank whistleblower client “Mr. X” whose independent investigation and whistleblower complaints led to the arrest and extradition of the most famous market manipulator in recent history.

Haim Bodek has also authored “The Market Structure Crisis,” which further elaborates his criticism of manipulative trading behavior.
