Shelby R. Smith is of Counsel at Hagens Berman's Seattle office where she prosecutes personal injury cases and is involved in other areas of the firm's most complex litigation. She currently represents student-athletes in personal injury litigation pertaining to concussions/traumatic brain injuries suffered during sporting activities.
She also represents crime victims who wish to keep their counseling records private during criminal proceedings and continues to represent victims of domestic violence and sexual assault to obtain protection orders so that their abusers cannot have any contact with them.
